We were not expecting to replace our wood shingle roof until later in the year. One afternoon one or your representatives stopped by our house to see if we would like to set-up a time for a quote. The following evening we met with Trevor Holtan, who was very thorough in his presentation and took the time to answer questions we had since this was not an easy or quick decision to make. During the presentation, we were able to watch exactly how the entire process was going to be like. Starting with how the old roof would be taken apart and disposed, making sure the job was permitted with the city. After learning about each step of the process it made it easier and comfortable for us to decide to go ahead with it.
We were impressed with everyone we came in contact with in person and over the phone. Each and every one of them Trevor and his supervisor, Fernando, Richard and the other roofers were very professional, informative, polite, and friendly. At the end of each day the roofers cleaned up after themselves, making it seem as if they were never even there. There were no nails on the ground, no huge equipment blocking the driveway, and no material just laying around. It was amazing the entire process took only two and a half days. We enjoy our house even more knowing that we have a roof (literally) over our heads and not having to worry of any leaks or damages for a very long time.
We are pleased with the overall experience we had with Pacific Homeworks that we will definitely refer to family and friends. We will keep this company in mind for future home improvement projects. We wish Pacific Homeworks all the best in success."
